Question 1

What are your minimum order quantities?

Accepted Answer

Our minimums are low and they vary by service, because single items suit some methods better than others. Screen printing is most cost-effective from around 50 items, while transfers and embroidery can work for much smaller orders. Contact us for details and we will tell you exactly where the best value sits for your job.

Question 2

How fast is your turnaround?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround is fast because one point of contact manages the whole job and keeps it moving. How fast depends on the service, the quantity and the time of year. If you have a deadline, tell us when you need it and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Question 3

Can you create artwork for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your logo or an idea and our artwork team can prepare print-ready artwork at £25 per hour. If you already have print-ready files, there is no artwork charge at all.

Question 4

Will I see a proof before you produce my order?

Accepted Answer

Always. We send a digital proof for your sign-off before anything goes into production. Nothing is printed, stitched or pressed until you have approved it, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Question 5

Can I order a sample first?

Accepted Answer

Yes, samples are chargeable and a great way to check the garment and the finish before committing to a full order. Contact us for details and we will price one up for you.

Question 6

Where can my logo or design be positioned?

Accepted Answer

The usual placements are the left chest, right chest, front, back and sleeves, and we can advise on less common positions too. Positioning is confirmed in your digital proof, so you sign off exactly where everything sits.

Question 7

Do you deliver outside Slough?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are based in Slough and deliver nationwide, so wherever your business, club or event is, we can get the finished order to you. You are also welcome to collect your order from us in Slough.

Question 8

How should I wash printed and embroidered garments?

Accepted Answer

Wash at 30 degrees, inside out. That keeps prints and embroidery looking their best for as long as possible. Avoid ironing directly over the print or embroidery.
